These are absolutely delicious! These are better than the non gluten free muffins.
Unfortunately, I cannot order these anymore, I have to figure out what ingredient affects my digestive system. Loved them though!

The muffin bites make a handy snack on the go. They are moister than the regular muffins which can be a bit dry. The muffins aren't over sweetened which is good. We don't need more sugar.

I still can't believe they are gluten free. I have been gluten free for so long, and I can say it is a blessing to be able to eat a muffin with blueberries that taste so good. They are fresh with enough blueberries in every bite.

As with most gluten free breads, the final product is often much more crumbly by comparison. I had to eat these whole while layering butter on them. If I tried to halve them they just fell apart.

Great with a scrambled egg or just for a snack
