Preparation Instructions

You Will Need:

  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tb Honey
  • 2 Cup Water
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 C Oil
  • 1 Heaping Tsp Yeast
  • Cupcake Size Tins- Makes 16 Rolls


  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Mix yeast with 1/2 cup warm water and set aside
  3. Mix oil, eggs, honey, vinegar, and 1 cup water.
  4. Add in Yeast Mixture
  5. Add In Dry Mix
  6. Mix for 2 minutes, Stop Then Slowly add in last half cup Water.
  7. Once Mixture is Doughy, Mix for 10 minutes on Medium-Fast Speed
  8. Scoop Mixture into Cupcake Tins and let rise for 1 hour
  9. Bake at 400 Degrees for 30 minutes

This is the best bread mix I have been able to find for some time.
Makes wonderful toast which is mostly what I buy it for. I always have
one ot two pieces of toast for breakfast every morning. I always
freeze 3 or 4 pieces in freezer bags and take it out as I need it.
The rolls I make for special occasions are really good!

Very tasty!

I modified a little and used my breadmaker. Made a nice loaf.

Oat Roll Review

Early batches were good tasting but gummy in texture. I adjusted a couple of things and subsequent batches have been excellent. I made sure that the yeast was very fresh and I kneaded the dough in a mixer with a dough hook for a long time. Since then, the texture is light and even. We like these rolls because we can say HaMotzie and still be gluten-free.

Best gluten free bread mix ever!

This is the best gluten free bread mix I've ever had, and I've had pretty much all of them. Just an outstanding product. We make it in a Zojirushi bread machine and it comes out perfectly delicious every time. Thank you for making things better for celiacs!
