Preparation Instructions
You Will Need:
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tb Honey
- 2 Cup Water
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 C Oil
- 1 Heaping Tsp Yeast
- Cupcake Size Tins- Makes 16 Rolls
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400
- Mix yeast with 1/2 cup warm water and set aside
- Mix oil, eggs, honey, vinegar, and 1 cup water.
- Add in Yeast Mixture
- Add In Dry Mix
- Mix for 2 minutes, Stop Then Slowly add in last half cup Water.
- Once Mixture is Doughy, Mix for 10 minutes on Medium-Fast Speed
- Scoop Mixture into Cupcake Tins and let rise for 1 hour
- Bake at 400 Degrees for 30 minutes
