best ever bread

I am absolutely delighted with this bread mix. It's just the best ever. Never had any problems with any of the batches I have made. Wonderful tasting bread. Said goodbye to store bought bread.

A fail, for some reason the yeast I’d bought didn’t bubble up therefore the bread wasn’t cooking properly. Why don’t you include yeast in your bread mix

Review

My attempt to use Katz Bread Dough Mix failed in making Italian sausage bread. It may have been the yeast pkg., I will try again with a different brand of yeast. Had hoped the yeast was already in the mix.

Great, easy mix!

My daughter had celiac and I have tried many mixes and not had great luck. This was easy and we made 12 dinner rolls and 1 loaf of bread. So delicious!

Love your product but...

It was difficult to find instructions for use in bread machine and recipe/instructions for only one 2.0 lb. loaf. Got it after experimenting with a couple loaves. I appreciated not having to mix own flour blends. Thank you
