Amazing for French Toast

Started out that this wasn’t my favorite. We really preferred the plain round challah with sesame seeds. This was a bit drier and less of that pleasant chewy challah texture.
Everything changed when I tried it for French Toast the next day. The drier texture soaked up just enough of the egg batter to make a dense and fluffy French Toast. It did not get soggy or gooey or fall apart like so many other GF breads do when they get wet. This was just ideal! My next order I will try it in a bread pudding recipe.

FABULOUS Challah!

Katz’s GF Round Raisin Challah is THE BEST! I can’t say enough good words about it. I just wish you would make it all year long. OR, if you can’t make it all year round, make lots more for the Jewish New Year than you do. The raisin one sold out immediately. My daughter bought 2 cases. I went on line in the next 20 minutes to buy another two cases and the round raisin challah was already sold out. I just don’t understand why you can’t make more if you can’t make it all year long.

We love this healthy snack!

Excellent cinnamon taste. I just wish they were a little fresher. We keep them in the freezer and take them out about 90 minutes before eating, but they still taste day old when we eat them.

For best taste and texture we recommend warming in the microwave.

My New Favorite Challah

This product is absolutely delicious, moist, easy to slice, and stays fresh well when kept refrigerated. I thaw these upside down, to keep the delicate lower portion from receiving too much moisture.
