Disappointed

When I cut the challah bread it fell apart due to a hole of air that took up half the loaf.

Crumbly, Hard to Slice

This delicious bread has too problems that may be related to the kneading process. One problem is the formation of a large air bubble near the top crust. The other problem is a tendency to crumble, making slicing very difficult. The absence of egg in this product perhaps needs an additional ingredient to compensate. The flavor is excellent. I hope the problems with this product can be corrected, because I really like it as an everyday bread.

Great taste, but fell apart.

The taste was amazing, but there was a huge hole between the top crust and the actual loaf so the few slices I got were really small. It fell apart after 3 slices and I ended up throwing out half the loaf.

Round GF Oat Challah

It didn’t taste good and it fell apart easily. We wouldn’t buy it again. The GF Honey Muffins were great
