Horrible

This bread was so dry and crumbly it fell apart as I pulled slices out. I sure couldnt make my sandwich with it. So i tried to toast it. Well same thing. It fell apart when I tried to put jelly on it. Contacted your company but havent heard back

Add a bit more salt.

Being GF bread there's always a texture issue. Your bread makes great toast, but it's too dry to eat without toasting it. It needs just a bit more salt in the recipe. I would order it again.

Trying new bread

We have not had this bread before, but tried it out. There is not much "grain" taste and overall the bread's textre is a bit dry.

Disappointed

I was excited to find Katz made whole grain bread because I love many of their other products. Unfortunately, I bought 6 loaves. The texture was dry and hard, like stale bread. When I used the first loaf, it crumbled, making it difficult to find big enough slices to make a sandwich. It quickly went bad. When I used the second loaf , I toasted the bread, which helped to make it edible. I take out what I need, then put it in the refrigerator so it will last longer. One loaf will make a perfect bread pudding. Then, I will have three loaves left in my freezer. I am the only one who eats gluten free bread and since I don't like this one, it's going to take me a long time to use these loaves.

This was my first time trying Katz products. Out of all the “store bought” gluten free breads I’ve tried this is the best. I made toast with it so far. The real test will be how it is untoasted as a sandwich.
