Yes, our bakery is 100% free from Peanut and Tree – Nuts.

No, we do not process any coconut products. The FDA recently made changes that now classify coconut as a tree-nut. We are 100% coconut-free.

Please know that the FDA does not classify eggs as a product from a diary producing mammal. Eggs are considered a separate allergen by the FDA and are required to be labeled separately. We are, in fact, 100% dairy-free, but we are not egg-free.

In accordance with the FDA guidelines all of our products are non-GMO.

We understand our customers concerns regarding soy and are actively working to remove soy from our product line.

Yes, we use Purity Protocol Oats in our products.

All our Oat products contain 50%+ oat flour in the GF flour mix and are Hamotzei.

All our cases are 6 bags or boxes of product. 


We have added a great new feature to our website. This allows the customer to edit your order within 1 hours of creating. Simply click on View Order in your order confirmation email. This will open a window which will have 2 options for you. Reorder, Cancel Order. Simply click on Cancel Order and then press reorder and proceed with entering the correct address at checkout.

This allows the customer to edit your order within 1 hours of creating. This feature is available immediately after check out on the confirmation screen. Simply click on Cancel Order and proceed with adding additional products to meet the $50 minimum requirement and checkout as normal. If you have clicked out of the screen, you can return by click on View Order in your order confirmation email. This will open a window which will have 3 options for you. Reorder, Edit Order, Cancel Order.  Simple click Edit Order and proceed as above. 

Here at Katz we pride ourself on our expedited order processing. Therefore, we can no longer cancel or edit orders outside of the 1 hours window.  

We close our online store in observance of the weekly Jewish Shabbos holiday from sundown on Friday until sundown on Saturday. You will be able to order anytime outside of these hours on our website. 


To better service our customers we have recently made changes to our notification system. You will no longer receive tracking information when the order is received. Instead, you will receive tracking information when your order is scanned by FedEx at pickup. This will help provide you with more accurate in-transit times for your order.   

Orders are processed/shipped in the order they are received. The daily order processing cutoff is 3 pm Monday - Friday. Note: We do not ship orders on Friday - Sunday. We try our best to get orders processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from order placement. See the shipping policy link below for more details.

Shipping Policy

Overnight shipping does not include processing times. This is the amount of time that FedEx takes to deliver the package once it is scanned at pickup. We try our best to process orders same day, but it is not always possible due to order volume during sale periods and/or holiday break.

Unfortunately, FedEx is unable to ship to USPS P.O. Boxes.

Unfortunately, we can not ship to Alaska or Hawaii with free shipping. You will see the shipping rate charged at checkout. 

Yes! Our products are fully baked and can be out of freezing temperatures for several days. We use this time period to ship our products. Our products ship 2 days max in summer and 3+ days depending on the zone and regional temperatures during the winter months. Our products should be stored in the freezer upon arrival unless you plan on consuming them immediately. To preserve our product's optimal freshness, as we do not use preservatives in most of our products, we require them to be stored in the freezer upon arrival. 

Product Availability

Some of our products are seasonal and are only baked during certain times of year. Others are available only in-stores due to shipping issues.
