Orders
We have added a great new feature to our website. This allows the customer to edit your order within 1 hours of creating. Simply click on View Order in your order confirmation email. This will open a window which will have 2 options for you. Reorder, Cancel Order. Simply click on Cancel Order and then press reorder and proceed with entering the correct address at checkout.
Shipping
To better service our customers we have recently made changes to our notification system. You will no longer receive tracking information when the order is received. Instead, you will receive tracking information when your order is scanned by the shipping carrier at pickup. This will help provide you with more accurate in-transit times for your order.
Product Availability
Some of our products are seasonal and are only baked during certain times of year. Others are available only in-stores due to shipping issues.
