Was able to make so much with this and would buy in bulk if I was able to…it’s amazing!!!

Dough “kneaded”

Love the texture and taste. Used to buy in bulk. Can’t get at any of the stores locally. I have made inquiries. Good for quiches, chicken pot pie and pastries. Why is this item not available?

Mind blown!

This is such an amazing gluten free alternative for baked goods. I used this dough for pie crust and I was so impressed! Very light and flaky. Great taste as well. I don't have gluten intolerance but I will go out of my way to pick this up again. Kudos to Katz.
