As good as wheat-containing flakey dough

The 'how-to-use' suggestions on the box were much appreciated. Used it to make empanadas and a few small cookies, both of which turned out great.

Pumpkin Pie

My daughter and I have celiac disease and decided to make Thanksgiving easier this year and use a ready to use dough. This exceeded my expectations. It rolled out nicely using a rolling pin coated with GF flour on parchment paper. Flipped easily from paper to pie pan. Would highly recommend! Also overnight shipping was a huge bonus

Katz dough

I used the first package of dough to make Brie en cruis , I wraped one with sauteed mushrooms and onion and garlic and the other with dried cranberries and jam. The dough was flakey and tasted better than my old recipie.

Love it

We love Katz Gluten Free dough. It is excellent to work with -rolls easily. The taste is great - our friends eat our pie or tarts made with Katz Gluten Free Dough and don't know they are eating gluten free. I wish it was readily available in Canada - We have gone 20 months without it due to the border closure.
