Preparation Instructions
Keep Frozen, Thaw for 24 hours prior to use in the refrigerator. Leave at room temperature for a half hour before use. If dough is sticky, cool it down in the refrigerator.

Not an easy dough

I found this dough to be hard to work with. Not sure if its a cookie dough or a bread dough. The taste is odd. I tried to get recipes but couldn’t find any on your site

Our Multi-Purpose dough is a pastry dough and not for replacement in bread recipes. It would be a replacement for any recipes that would use a flakey pastry dough. Such as pies, pot pies, pigs in a blanket, other pastry appetizers etc.

Is It Even Gluten Free? Best Pie Crust I Have Ever Tasted! Buy Now!

This will be my go to pie crust for GF living from here on out. The crust is rich, buttery, and so delicious. I love it so much and I hope they never stop selling. Rolling out was fairly easy following the instructions. I did microwave in the bag for just10 seconds to get the dough easier to roll. I rolled in between two pieces of parchment paper. One of my own that I dusted and used the oiled wrapping paper that the dough came in. So easy. Baked and browned like a dream. Thank you Katz!

Delicious crust!!

Used this to make a fabulous chicken pot pie. It was SO easy to work with. I was hoping to be able to use this for more things, but it pretty much for pies, tarts, and pop tart style things. Wish they made one that could be used as a roll base. That said, this dough is GREAT! Nice and flaky, taste good, bakes up beautifully and was a dream to roll out/top with.
