Happily SURPRISED

I only bought this pie because it was on sale not expecting it to be so good. Bought it at Sprouts in Culver City California. I am so happy that I have a Thanksgiving pie because people always forget about gluten-free desserts for us. It's been 7 years that I've been waiting to get a good deserts on Thanksgiving and other parties. I'll definitely try the other pies !!!!!!

This was kind of blah for me. The flavor was okay but the texture was not okay. There was a layer of pumpkin atop the filling that was sort of rubbery. I tried the pie warmed up, room temperature and cold and just wasn’t impressed.
The crust was good, though.

I was surprised by this pie! It’s the perfect size for two slices. The filling was great and the crust was flaky and slightly buttery. And! Didn’t have any of my allergens 🥰
