Ordered 2 packages of cookies and thought might as well try a new product since I’m purchasing more cookies tgat he wanted and after shipping donut holes I was notified cookies were out.
The soft pretzels arrived and when boxes removed salt was leaking all over. And even more disturbing I think u need to retest your microwave directions/times. Frozen 15 sec and the pretzels are still cold. I have a 1200 watt microwave.
These are hard cookies NOT soft! More like an Oreo or gingerbread, so if you like that then I'd recommend these! They're crisp but not crumbly and have a great flavor. I usually prefer soft cookies but I actually really loved these. I'd order them again!
