We ship most orders via FedEx. We do not ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses. Orders submitted with PO Box or APO/FPO addresses may be delayed or canceled.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that billing and shipping addresses are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues or losses resulting from incorrect address information.

Canadian Shipping
For Canadian orders under $270 CAD, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Orders over $270 CAD qualify for Free Expedited Shipping.

To ensure to ensure peak freshness during the warmer months, we update our shipping services and reduce overnight shipping pricing for the summer season. You can also visit our Our Policies page to learn more.
Please Note: Katz Gluten Free cannot account for any FedEx delays or delivery issues. This is included but not limited to pickup and delivery of orders. Order processing is dependent on order volume received and our ability to process on any given day. Regular store policies remain unchanged during the summer shipping schedule. Standard Shipping is not availabe during the summer months.

It is the customer's responsibility to be available to receive the package(s) at the first delivery attempt. We cannot offer any compensation for shipments that are refused at delivery.
Our products ship frozen and thaw in-transit. We do NOT ship out with any ice or cooler packs. They will be ready to eat when they arrive. Our products can be out of the freezer for several days, which we use for shipping purposes. During summer we ship a max of 2 days and in winter shipping 3+ days depending on state and climate. If you choose not to enjoy the order immediately, you would simply re-freeze and consume by the best by date on the box.

Shipping / Handling Time
We do our best to get orders shipped the same or within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. Order processing is dependent on order volume received and our ability to process on any given day.
- Standard Shipping (2-3 business days): Orders placed before Wednesday, 2:00 PM ET may ship the same week (subject to order volume). Orders after this time will be processed the following Monday.

Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Orders placed before Thursday, 2:00 PM ET may ship the same week (subject to order volume). Orders after this time will be processed the following Monday.
To ensure best taste and freshness, we do not ship at the end of the week as to avoid products from being in transit over the weekend.
We cannot accommodate shipping holds for specific dates. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Shipping Delay Policy
While we do our best to get orders delivered quickly, we cannot account for any delays FedEx may have. If your order exceeds the shipping time selected and you have concerns, please contact our customer service team. A delay does not automatically deem the product spoiled.
Please check your product, freeze upon receipt, and contact our customer service team at info@katzglutenfree.com , via live chat or phone via business hours within 24 hours of delivery. DO NOT discard the order until speaking to a customer service agent.
