Some okay, others not so good

I just took all the unopened packages out of the freezer to give a fair taste test as the first two loaves were not good. The first one was Whole Grain. It was very dry and tasteless. The second was Oat that fell apart just taking out of package and crumbled when trying to make a sandwich. I just tasted the White, which I never buy, it has good flavor, but not tested for sandwich making. Egg Free Bread is very dry and I don't care for the texture. Challah bread was my favorite on a previous order. Just had a slice and it disappoints. Not sure if I got a bad batch or what, but will not be reordering.

Just received my second delivery

Since recent need to become gluten free I thought finding bread was going to be such a chore. I was lucky enough to google gluten free bread and found Katz's products. My heart sings and my tummy is happy - Thank you for an amazing product - never going back!

Good bread

Good bread overall, the only concerning thing for me is the shelf life- on the package it says “ good until 2025”. Thats a little scary since normally bread should only have a week or so shelf life.. i winder whats really in it that keeps it for 2-3 years…
