Add to your favorite recipe! For example, Mrs. Katz's Meatballs: 2 cups Katz Seasoned Breadcrumbs 2 pound ground beef 2 eggs 1 ¬Ĺ cups lukewarm water 1 cup olive oil Salt to taste 1. Combine beef, egg 2. Add Katz Seasoned Breadcrumbs and slowly mix in water, 1/2 cup at a time, until mixture is moist, but a ball can be formed with sticking. 3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet; add meatballs in batches and cook until browned on all sides. 4. Transfer meatballs to a sheet tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 350 for 10-20 mins or until internal temperature of meatballs is 160 degrees.

These bread crumbs are great. They are ground fine, so they stick to the food you are breading. Seasoned, but not aggressively, you can add more herbs if you want it spicier.
