A little dry

My previous order of these were very good, which is why I reordered them. However, the second order was a little dry, more on one end than the other and the filling was gritty but was smoother when at room temp.

Slam Dunk!

The vanilla cakes are the best I've ever had. Since I've had to get on a gluten free diet I have a very hard time finding anything bready that is even edible, but I LOVE the vanilla cakes you make! Good Job!!!!
