  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 cups Katz Gluten Free Plain breadcrumbs
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 2 cups oil for frying
  • 16 oz package of mozzarella string cheese


  1. Prep and Heat: Mix water and eggs in a bowl. Place breadcrumbs in another bowl. Combine cornstarch and garlic salt in a separate bowl. Heat oil to 365°F (185°C) in a saucepan.
