Gingerbread Donut Pancakes

Ingredients

Instructions: 

  1. Crumble the Donuts: Break the donuts into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl. 
  2. Blend the Batter: Add milk, egg, and baking powder to the bowl. Blend with a whisk or hand mixer until the mixture is smooth and pancake-batter consistency. Adjust milk if needed. 
  3. Cook the Pancakes: Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. 
  4. Flip and Cook: Cook until bubbles form on the surface (2-3 minutes), then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown. 
  5. Serve: Stack the pancakes, top with whipped cream, maple syrup, or your favorite holiday toppings, and enjoy!
