Large Air Holes in the Dough

I have been getting the white bread, but this time I thought I would try the Whole Grain Bread. When I opened it today, the gaps were so large in the slices that I was able to get only four slices that were in one piece. The rest fell apart and just a few pieces are usable. The piece that I toasted was good, it's just that it's disappointing to have so much of the loaf be in pieces.

Best choice

This is the best choice for sandwiches, lightly toasted. Holds together well. Nice just for toast as well.

This bread is the best I’ve tried, and I have tried several. I do always toast it. It turns out crunchy, which is exactly how I like my toast.

Gluten free bread

I decided to try a new bread after eating Trader Joe’s bread for years. Your bread was closer in size to a normal loaf of bread for sure but the taste wasn’t good unless you toasted it. Once toasted it made a nice sandwich!
