Like the taste of the body of the bread but not the crust. Have several pieces where the top crust was falling off.

Inconsistent - I Can't Be The Only One That Has This Issue -

I've been buying this product, cases at a time, for many years. I obviously wouldn't continue to purchase it if I didn't like it. I actually think it is the best-tasting bread on the GF market. Five Stars for the taste. My issue is in the production and end product. It is rarely consistent loaf to loaf. How many of you have had a gaping hole in the top portion of the load, so big that it falls apart? How many of you have opened one loaf that is "normal" size and then the next is about a third smaller? How many of you have had a wonderful slice in one loaf and the other loaf had a completely different texture? I've brought this up to their customer service and they tell me that I should expect some inconsistency, which I agree. If it was a one-off, no problem but the only thing that this consistent is the inconsistencies. In the past, I would let a few loaves go by and if it got really bad I would contact customer service and they would take care of me. It was a pleasure. The new customer service setup is a bit more difficult to work with in my experience. So what I do now is... for every loaf that has excessive size holes or is significantly undersized, I write to customer service and they make good on those loaves. Perhaps if everyone notified customer service when they had a loaf that was way out of spec then it may help their team to better understand the scope of the issue. I'm sure there will be a post from Katz explaining their process but at the end of the day, it is what it is.

Go crustless

This makes great toast but the crust is not my favorite!
