All our products are Shehakol except for our oat bread products which is Hamotzi and our oatmeal crème pies which is Mazonot.
The bracha acharona for all our products is Borei Nefashos, except for our oat bread products, which require Birkat Hamazon.
For our personal fruit pies:
- If you prefer the crust over the filling, the blessing is Shehakol.
- If you prefer the filling over the crust, the blessing is Ha’etz.
Only our Oat Bread and Oat Rolls are Hamotzi because they contain more than 50% oat flour.
The shiur are as following:
Oat Bread:
- Kebeytza: 2 Slices
- Kezayis: 1 Slice
Oat Rolls:
- Kebeytza: 1 roll
- Kezayis: 1/2 roll
Our sliced Challah and other breads are Shehakol.
While our products are gluten-free our facility is not certified Kosher for Passover.
No, we are not Yoshon.
