A little too dry.

This bread is best when toasted. Otherwise not as tasty as the Challah bread.

So Pleased

I'm absolutely pleased with this eggless, Gluten-free bread. For those who say it's dry you need to toast it lightly. I for one will continue buying this brand of bread. it's such a relief to have in my freezer, and be able to pull out anytime I'm needing a sandwich. If not for this bread I would not be eating sandwiches or bread of any kind. The only thing I like better is Katz's English Muffins...the best!

Lifesaver

For about the last decade I have not been eating wheat, nuts, dairy products or eggs. For decades I prior I had constant eczema that required medication. Testing showed sensitivities to these foods could be triggering the eczema and when I cut them out my skin cleared. Great! No rash and no meds! Except I missed bread terribly. I dreamed about it. I tried gluten free breads but thought they were terrible. And I couldn't find a gluten free bread that was also made without eggs, dairy or too much sodium. Till I found this product. It is literally as good or better tasting than any bread I ever tasted or dreamed about. It makes wonderful breakfast toast. So I can't say it exactly saved my life (the title is a bit of an overstatement) but it brought back into my life one of the things that make it worth living. And for that I am very grateful!

Disappointed

This bread is very dry and flavorless. I wouldn't buy it again.
