The taste of these wee cakes is nice

The taste of these wee cakes is nice, even if a bit dry. The creamy center - what there is if it is yummy and all one could want. That being said, the filling is inconsistent from cake to cake. It would seem that in transit to Alabama from NY- the filling melts out. When there is enough cream the oatmeal cakes are perfect. When there is not it’s like eating a dry hard rock. I don’t think I will buy them again.

They taste better frozen

They taste better frozen, than defrosted. They’re very thick so it’s hard to bite through. They should be flatter.
