Great for deli-style sandwiches

This has the slightly nutty flavor of a whole grain (even more when toasted) but without the gluten! Texture holds up nicely to thicker sandwiches too, unlike some other brands of GF breads. This might just be my favorite of your breads.

This bread makes great toast, and for sandwiches, I just lightly toast it. I even pack a couple toasted/cooled slices when I know I'll be out for lunch, so I can order a sandwich somewhere and swap out the bread. It's so easy to ask for your mayo and mustard on the side. Life with gluten hypersensitivity is almost no problem, and sooo delicious. Thanks again Katz, for another great product.

Whole Grain bread

This bread is perfect toasted, however I do not recommend it for cold sandwiches. It falls apart. Possibly due to freezing it.
I would buy again for toasting. Good taste!

We have a great solution. Simply thaw in the microwave. This will retain the moisture. Let it cool completely before making your sandwich. :)
