Think crispy on the outside, melty on the inside – all the cheesy goodness you've been dreaming of. No fancy chef skills required, just pure yumminess waiting to happen. So, let's roll up those sleeves and get cooking! 


    1. Prep and Heat: Mix water and eggs in a bowl. Place breadcrumbs in another bowl. Combine cornstarch and garlic salt in a separate bowl. Heat oil to 365°F (185°C) in a saucepan.
    2. Coating: Roll mozzarella sticks in cornstarch, dip in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
