Ingredients:

  1. 3 x medium zucchinis
  2. 3 x eggs
  3. 1 cup of Katz Gluten Free Seasoned Breadcrumbs

Getting Started:

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C) to ensure it's ready for baking when your zucchini fries are prepared.
  2. Have your Katz Gluten Free Seasoned Breadcrumbs at the ready – these flavorful breadcrumbs are specially crafted to enhance your culinary creations without the need for additional seasoning.

Slice and Prep:

  1. Thoroughly wash the zucchinis and trim the ends to prepare them for slicing.
  2. Choose your preferred thickness and slice each zucchini into six or eight pieces accordingly.

Coating Process:

  1. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until they're well beaten and ready for coating.
  2. One by one, dip each zucchini slice into the whisked eggs, ensuring complete and even coverage.
  3. Transfer the egg-coated zucchini slice to the bowl of Katz Gluten Free Seasoned Breadcrumbs. Gently press the breadcrumbs onto the zucchini, ensuring they adhere evenly to all sides.
  4. Carefully place each coated zucchini slice onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Arrange them in a single layer, allowing them ample space to bake evenly.

Baking Time:

  1. Slide the baking sheet with your coated zucchini fries into the preheated oven.
  2. Bake the fries for approximately 20 to 25 minutes, or until they take on a delightful golden brown hue. Keep a watchful eye to prevent overcooking.

Tip: For a quicker cooking alternative, consider air frying your zucchini fries. Remember to shake the basket halfway through.

Serve and Enjoy:

  1. Once baked to perfection, remove the zucchini fries from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  2. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, or enjoy their delectable flavors on their own.
