Ingredients
- Cut romaine lengthwise into quarters then cut horizontally in one-inch sections. Wash, spin and chill for crunchiest results.
- Toss all the prepared vegetables and chickpeas with salad dressing of your choice – we recommend a lemon vinaigrette!
- Add the dressed vegetables and ½ the bag of Katz Gluten Free Herb Seasoned Croutons on top of your romaine. Mix and enjoy!
