whole grain bread

the overall taste and quality is good.....but sometimes there can be a whole/opening below the top crust,throughout the loaf,which causes the top cust to come apart,leaving many slices not full slices....

This bread was perfect. Going gluten free was not a choice for me. Morning toast is a passion and this bread toasted and tasted great.

Texture both toasted and untoasted is great!

I chose this bread this time because the oat bread didn't hold up well both toasted and untoasted... This bread is tasty and toasts up wonderfully... we'll be getting this from now on for sandwich and toast purposes.
