Soft and delicious gluten free bread. It does not toast well, but I overlook that bc it is quite good!

Unfortunately good gluten free bread is hard to find. Overall found it pretty typical, rather on the dry side, not a lot of taste. However in toast form was pretty good. Also started to mold rather quickly which surprised me
