A little dry

Tastes better toasted, it does not fall apart like other breads.

Only Good Toasted

You must toast this bread! If you eat it straight from the fridge or even try to microwave it for 10 seconds, it will be super dry, hard & crumbly. However, when you toast it, the texture is much softer and the delicious flavor of the bread really stands out. This product loses two stars because it has to be toasted to be good and the carbohydrate content is much higher when compared to other gluten free breads. 40 grams of carbs for two super small slices is a lot.

Great taste but top crust fell off while in bag…possibly in shipping. I would still order again,

Not my favorite

I love all the other items I have tried from Katz, however this Whole Grain is not on my favorite's list. Too compact and breaks up taking it out of the package.

Too Dense

The bread is too solid, not fluffy. If anything, I will use it to make french toast or stuffing.

Small slices

The slices are smaller than schar even though you get more it's not really more the bread is way smaller can not use it for a sandwich it's smaller than that even. It's as big as my palm.
