Awesome.

The family loved them. My son-in-law who is not gluten free thought they did not taste like gluten free. He said they were soft and tasted really good. He should know, his wife and 3 children have celiacs and have been eating gluten free for over twenty years. Heat in oven for about 5 min, really brings out the flavor.
