Tasty

Has a good taste & texture; I keep frozen, only take out what I'm going to use, pop in the toaster for a sandwich or directly in the sandwich press for grilled cheese. I only gave 4 stars because whenever I let the bread defrost for a sandwich the bread falls apart, when toasted the crust will fall off. I don't use to make french toast because I've had problems with the bread falling apart in the egg batter. Bread really is good, just falls apart, I had a few with air bubble holes that have run the length of the loaf.

Horrible

This bread was so dry and crumbly it fell apart as I pulled slices out. I sure couldnt make my sandwich with it. So i tried to toast it. Well same thing. It fell apart when I tried to put jelly on it. Contacted your company but havent heard back

Add a bit more salt.

Being GF bread there's always a texture issue. Your bread makes great toast, but it's too dry to eat without toasting it. It needs just a bit more salt in the recipe. I would order it again.

Trying new bread

We have not had this bread before, but tried it out. There is not much "grain" taste and overall the bread's textre is a bit dry.
