Absolutely delicious!!! Now eating gluten free I have missed out on some of my favorite pumpkin spice snacks. But these definitely make up for that. Great texture, great flavor! Definitely recommend!!

These pumpkin Twinkie like cakes are a nice treat. Since I can no longer indulge in a “real” pumpkin roll, these will suffice. However, the spice in the center cream is a bit too much.
