The sale that just ended with $2 off certain items and $1 off all others.

Got the $2 off the products I was going to purchase but all the other products that was supposed to get $1 off never happened so I just canceled the whole order. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Very frustrating. That’s why I didn’t order for such a long time, and now it happened again. WTH!!!
