I bought this pie for my birthday. I couldn't eat all of it at once. It was just too much! I bought another for my church's 1st Sunday of the month birthday celebration. Four people with Celiac descended upon it and it disappeared very quickly. I made sure to put the pie's box next to the pie so others would know what to buy. These pies are real winners!!

Where is the filling?

Barely a slim line of filling in the pie. It was essentially all dough/crust. Disappointing .

This was my treat. I haven't had Pie in so many years due to Celiac Disease. This pie was do sweet & rich that I had to eat it a little each day. This is a delicious filling, flaky-crust, treat of a pie! Filling is not dry or runny.
