Oatmeal cream pies are so good! I've tried making them at home (even using Claire Saffitz recipe!) and they never taste like the store bought ones. These do. In fact, these taste almost identical. The oatmeallyness (it's a word!) of the cookie, the thin white layer of cream in the middle; omg so good. These cookies have a tad more height and thickness to them than the OG version.

I liked mine best when I let it sit out vs the microwave.

You will not be disappointed if you give these a try!

Really dry.

Too oatmeal’y for me

I haven't been able to eat an oatmeal cream pie in years! I was skeptical if these be anywhere near as good as a regular - however they were even better!!!!! Don't sleep on these!
