Taste and texture is perfect. I actually prefer them to "regular" buns.

Delicious buns that stay together and don't fall apart.

They have the right amount of bread, not dry or crumbly as some I have had. They were a pleasant surprise!

My only complaint is that sometimes the cut on the 2 pieces of the bun are not even. I always toast my GF breads to make more durable. If they're uneven it's difficult to toast & have them hold together. Otherwise...fantastic❣

I really enjoy these buns! I've tried a bunch of different GF buns and nearly all have some sort of weird aftertaste to them. The Katz buns do not! They are still denser than regular bread, of course, but the taste is still very good. They're similar to Katz's English muffins (which are also awesome). I do recommend that you heat them a little to prevent them from crumbling too much. I just zapped it in the microwave for 20 seconds or so and that was enough to mostly keep it together.

It’s been over a year since I was last able to enjoy a cheeseburger!! These buns were a little on the small size, or maybe the burger was bigger than normal. The texture was ok, not quite like a regular burger bun, but I would get them again.
