They need to stay frozen when you ship

They need to stay frozen when you ship,I read the back but nothing gluten free should gp from frozen to thawed in a ups truck, then frozen, then thawed to eat. Its so dry and I ate these upon delivery and still wicked dry unfortunately and everything is so dense in my opinion.
