Shipping Time
We do our best to get orders shipped the same or within one business day from when the order is placed. However, to ensure best taste and freshness, we do not ship at the end of the week as to avoid products from being in transit over the weekend.
Our shipping cutoff time is 3:30 pm EST. So, any order placed after 3:30 pm will be shipped the following business day. If you place your order on a weekend or a holiday, please consider the following business day as your first day when factoring in shipping times.
Shipping Arrival Dates
Transit Time - To preserve the freshness of products, our transit time is three days or less. During the high-temperature summer months, the max transit time is two days.
Overnight shipping is available Monday – Thursday 3:30 PM EST for all zones.

Shipping Carrier
Katz Gluten Free ships items via FedEx. While we do our best to get orders delivered quickly, we cannot account for any delays FedEx may have. However, if you let us know of a delivery that arrives outside our guaranteed window, we will gladly refund any shipping charges incurred.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Shortly after your order has been processed, a tracking number will be sent via email with a link to track the package on our website.
It is the customer's responsibility to be available to receive the package(s) at the first delivery attempt.
