These cupcakes have a great texture and flavor. Not all the cupcakes have cream on the inside- and some have a lot. But the gingerbread flavor is spot on. The icing doesn’t get every where like the chocolate cupcakes- it stays right where it belongs- on top of the cake. The cake seems to be fairly consistent box to box- although the crumb tends to be slightly dry. But I like them no matter what. I love to eat them frozen- right from the freezer sometimes!!
