Dense and a bit craggy. Maybe it's from the refreezing but I generally expect rugelach to be lighter.

My husband really likes them. He loves chocolate . He says they are very tasty rolled up in the pastry . He is not gluten intolerant , but he is used to all my gluten free products I purchase .

Fantastic Rugelech

These Rugelech are wonderful. Perfect balance of chocolate and sweetness, but not overly sweet. A good size, they are not too big where they would fall apart while eating, they go great with a cup of tea. Mrs. Katz ad Crew have done it again. Thank You!

Not great

VERY DRY, not enough chocolate, too much breading, no sugar on top, lots of breakage. I miss the chocolate roll cake they used to sell, I thought it would be similar but it's best to drink something with these cookies.

I gave you a second try after my bad order. This order was again bad. Sorry but other companies manage to deliver more than crumbs.
