Wonderful for those who have to watch carbohydrates!

I love all the donuts but they have way too much sugar for me to eat safely. My solution is the plain donuts which taste great but don't overload my glucose level. I prefer to let one set out for about 30 minutes to unthaw and then microwave it for 15-20 seconds. My only complaint is that I want to eat more than one!

Pain Donuts

My husbands eats pain donuts at least 3 times a week. He is diabetic. We order from Katz because my son n 2 granddaughters have celiac n are gluten free. Husband loved the donuts n asked for a case.

Great flavor

These donuts remind me of the buttermilk donuts that I used to get as a kid at the local donut shop. They say “plain”, but they are wonderful.

Plain Doughnuts

Although the doughnuts seemingly smell like a delicious cake doughnut, they do not taste like one. It's not that they're awful, they're just not great. I would suggest adding a little something yourself to spruce them up. Normal cake doughnuts are actually one of my favorites, so I was a little let down.
