Add to your favorite recipe! For example, Mrs. Katz's Mozzarella Sticks: 2 large eggs, beaten ¼ cup water 2 cups Katz Plain breadcrumbs ½ teaspoon garlic salt 1 cup cornstarch 2 cups oil for frying, or as needed 16 oz package of mozzarella string cheese 1. Whisk water and eggs together in a small bowl. 2. Add breadcrumbs to a bowl 3. Mix cornstarch with garlic salt in 3rd bowl 4. Heat oil to 365 degrees F in a large heavy saucepan. 5. Dredge a mozzarella stick in cornstarch and dip into egg mixture and press into breadcrumbs to coat. 6. Repeat with remaining mozzarella sticks. 7. Carefully add tongs to lower 3 to 4 mozzarella sticks into the hot oil. 8. Fry until golden brown, about 30 seconds. 9. Remove from heat and drain on paper towels, sprinkle with salt.- Quantity: 1 Box
