Tasty but Chalky

Taste is good, but texture in mouth is a bit chalky... (we're supposing it is just due to the limitation of ingredients that can meet low FodMap, dairy-free & gluten-free.) We're looking at making homemade icing that will offset some of the chalkiness. Still it is a good tasting treat.
