Great lemon flavor!

I bought these because I have celiac disease. I watch my carbs so I got these for a treat on cheat day! Wow what a treat it was. I let it defrost for 2 hours and the devoured it. The lemon flavor was delicious and it was so moist. I’m so used to eating low carb gluten free that doesn’t taste all that great most times but this tasted wonderful. It’s just like a regular cupcake, I wish you had some low carb stuff too but Katz gluten free will be my go to for a treat on cheat day. Thank you for this deliciousness!
