I love that they are individually wrapped. I am gluten sensitive but my hubby is not so this allows us to still enjoy meals together. Since receiving my wheat sensitivity diagnosis which is really severe I have tried many gluten free items claiming to be English Muffins and the Katz English Muffins come the closest to my beloved Thomas's English Muffins.
