This fall, we’re giving tiramisu a gluten-free upgrade! Say hello to our Gluten-Free Donut Tiramisu, made with Katz Gluten Free Pumpkin Donuts, spiced coffee, and a creamy mascarpone layer sprinkled with cocoa powder! It’s the perfect cozy, indulgent dessert that you won't believe is gluten-free!

Ingredients

Instructions:

  1. Brew Coffee: Brew a cup of coffee and add a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg for that fall-inspired flavor. Let it cool completely.
  2. Prepare Mascarpone Cream: In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. In a separate bowl, beat together the mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice until smooth. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  3. Soak Donuts: Slice the Katz Gluten Free Pumpkin Donuts in half horizontally. Dip each donut half briefly into the cooled spiced coffee, making sure they absorb the coffee but don’t get too soggy.
  4. Layer the Tiramisu: In a small dish or individual serving cups, layer the soaked donuts at the bottom, followed by a layer of the mascarpone cream. Repeat the process, creating 2-3 layers.
  5. Chill: Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to let the flavors meld together.
  6. Garnish & Serve: Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and, if desired, add a dollop of whipped cream with a sprinkle of pumpkin spice for extra fall flair.
