Mix the meatball base: In a large bowl, combine ground beef and eggs. Add Katz Seasoned Breadcrumbs and slowly stir in the lukewarm water, ½ cup at a time. Keep adding water until the mixture is moist enough to form meatballs that hold their shape.

Brown the meatballs: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Working in batches, carefully add the meatballs to the hot oil. Cook until browned on all sides.

Bake and Finish: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Transfer the browned meatballs to the prepared sheet and bake for 10-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
Tips:
- Don't overmix! Overmixing makes tough meatballs. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Make ahead: Prepare these meatballs ahead of time and freeze them. To use, thaw overnight in the refrigerator and finish baking as directed.
