perfect breakfast

It's been too long since I've had a soft, delicious breakfast muffin. I plan to make up for that now! These were excellent with jam, but if I can find a good recipe for sausage gravy I get these would work with that too.

FINALLY, a palatable English Muffin !

I believe this recipe might have been changed. I have purchased these many times. They used to taste similar to an English muffin. Now they don’t resemble them. However, I will still purchase them because they suit the purpose. They are good…just not an English muffin taste.

At long last!

I don't eat gluten and I can't eat eggs. It seems like all other gf muffins had something undesirable in them. Katz English muffins are delicious and puffy. I'm so glad to find something 😋
